Physical Preparation Resources
I've partnered with King Sports International since the early 2000's for physical preparation resources. I recommend them all.
Nutritional Support
Since 2004 I've collaborated with USANA Health Sciences for all nutritional supplement, meal replacement and person care products. I use them all daily, recommend them to the athletes I coach and my closest family and friends.
I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of these products.
Ask The Scientists
A fantastic site if you have questions about health and nutritional supplements or are looking to gain more education from a reliable source.
USANA Foundation
I've met the founders, staff, packed food supplies myself multiple times and donated monthly for over 15 years now.
100% of every dollar donated goes to those in need.
The Foundation provides immediate and long-term global food relief for those in severe need.
They lead a network of community-driven partnerships to nourish, equip, and eliminate hunger and malnutrition throughout the world.
The Budo Karate Of Mas Oyama Book
Written and illustrated by Kyokushin Karate Shihan Cameron Quinn, this book is about the philosophical foundations of Japans strongest fighting art. It's an incredible read. I highly recommended it to all.

Orthomolecular Medicine
Orthomolecular is a term that comes from ortho, which is Greek for 'correct' or 'right,' and 'molecule,' which is the simplest structure that displays the characteristics of a compound. So it literally means the 'right molecule.'
Orthomolecular medicine describes the practice of preventing and treating disease by providing the body with optimal amounts of substances which are natural to the body.
How To Be Your Own Bodyguard, 3rd Edition
Self defence for men and women from a lifetime of protecting clients in hostile environments by Nick Hughes.
Too many people outsource their personal security today thinking 'I'll call the police'. Unfortunately a lot can happen between that phone call and the police arriving to help you.
This isn't a book about fighting. It's a book about protecting yourself in all situations - at home, driving, travelling, in hotels and the like - via awareness and education leaning on the authors extensive expereince.
Highly recommended.
